We are sad to announce that on May 31, 2025, at the age of 89, Patricia Ann O'Connell of Chicago, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband John J. O'Connell; her children, Neil (Kathleen), Mary (Syl Labiak), James, Eileen and Kathleen; her grandchildren, Colleen Reiser (Bob) and James O'Connell (Kaitlyn O'Shea); and her great grandchildren, Shea, Kate, Colette, Cormac and Brendan.
A Mass will be held on Friday, June 6th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Augustine Church (Formally St. Christopher Church) (4130 147th St, Midlothian, IL 60445).
