With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patrick J. Honan of Chicago, Illinois, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 16, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, Patrick shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Patrick farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his siblings, Terry, Robert Honan, Jean Stasiek and Kathleen Stege. He is survived by: his wife Alicia Honan; his children, Sarah Honan (Greg Voegtle) and Samuel Honan (Mia); and his siblings-in-law, Jim Stasiek, Rick Stege and Raizel Hershkovich (Naftoly).

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, September 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Randhill Park Cemetery (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Patrick's honor to Loyola University Medical Center for the Lung Transplant Department.
