She is survived by: her husband Thomas Zurawski, Sr.; her children, Michael Kuphal, Erin Zurawski (Mahmoud Mohammed) and Thomas Zurawski, Jr. (Heather); and her grandchildren, Haley Miller, Sophia Mohammed, Logan, Lukas, Liam and Lanie Zurawski.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 15th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ridge Funeral Home (6620 W Archer Ave, Chicago, IL 60638).
