She was predeceased by: her parents, Perfecto Meza and Victoria Leal. She is survived by: her sister Maria of Jesus Meza; her nephew Antonio Cortez; her friend Luz Estrada; and her siblings, Felipe, Atanacio, Louisa, Nicolas, Benito and Teresa Meza.
As a proud member of the Guadalupanos, Paulina's service to others was a reflection of her love for the Virgin of Guadalupe and her desire to embody the virtues of compassion and charity.
