He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter O'Brien and Virginia O'Brien; and his sister Caroline O'Brien. He is survived by: his sister Danielle Fitzpatrick; and his sibling's children, Finnegan, Blake Fitzpatrick and Lillian Cronin. He is also survived by his family, friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:15 AM at the St Cajetan Church (2445 W 112th Pl, Chicago, IL 60655). A Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
