He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth Taylor (Sandy) of Lima, OH.; and his grandparents, Ellis, Susie Taylor, Patsy, Waller "Cotton" Mattingly, Donnie and Carolyn Beaven.

He is survived by: his mother Julie Taylor (Keith Knott) of Owensboro, KY..
