He was predeceased by: his parents, Kevin Fay (Cavan) of Co and Mary Fay (Kerry) of Co; and his sister Kathleen (George Strack). He is survived by: his wife Cathy; his siblings, Bernie (Mary Ann), Kenny (Arlen), Dympna (Rob Richter), Frank (Taryn), Sharon McInerney (John) and Rebecca Decker (Larry); his mother-in-law Gloria Hudgin (late Patrick); and his siblings-in-law, Beth Brosnan (Tom), Patrick Hudgin and Michael Hudgin (Sue).
