He was predeceased by : his wife Rita A Phillips; his parents, Richard Phillips and Helen Phillips; his siblings, Robert, Raymond, Ben, Evelyn Cobb and Harold; and his grandson Robert Haney III.
He is survived by : his daughters, Kellie Mueller, Lisa Haney (Robert) and Mary Jilek (Robert); and his grandchildren, Ashley, Anthony, William, Tyler, Halley, Samantha and Kyle.
