It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Warren Chase of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on October 21, 2023, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Chase and Betty Chase; and his siblings, Billy, Glenn, Ricky and Linda.

He is survived by: his family, Gail Chase, Lauren Ishii (Mason), Brandon Chase (Herminia) and Kara Layton (Adam); his brother-in-law Charlie Falkowski; his nephew Jay Falkowski; his aunt Helen; his uncle John Poplar; and his grandchildren, Malorie, Mason Jr., Madison, Elena and Mari.
