He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Cwynar and Helen Cwynar; his wife Wanda; and his brother Richard Cwynar. He is survived by: his children, Patricia Gronowski (Scott) and Joseph Cwynar (Veronica); his granddaughter Olivia; his siblings, Wally (Joanne) and Michael; and his siblings-in-law, Halina Bartholomew (James) and Henry Kubinski. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Cumberland Chapels (8300 W Lawrence Ave, Norridge, IL 60706). Viewing will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Monica Church (5136 N Nottingham Ave, Chicago, IL 60656).
