He was predeceased by: his sister Marcia Bates (Dewayne); and his parents, Marie Wilson (Johnny "Punkie") and Robert Franklin Hogan. He is survived by: his wife Vivian; his children, Colleen Brennan (Marty), Willie and Patrick; his grandchildren, Brynn, Lyle, Blake, Maeve and Aidan; and his siblings, Carol Held (late Tom), Mick (Sally) and Mary Hefke (Fred).
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Malec and Sons Funeral Home (6000 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the St. Robert Bellarmine Church (4646 N Austin Ave, Chicago, IL 60630).
