He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Francis Thompson Phillips and Roy Edward Phillips; and his sisters, Marilyn Phillips Flyn, Patti Phillips Milet, Diane Phillips Geiser, Mary Kay Phillips and Joan Phillips Holland.
Visitation will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church (9525 Lawndale Ave, Evergreen Park, IL 60805). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the same location.
