She is survived by: her husband Peter A. Arend; her children, Gale Bicek (Paul Bicek) and Michael Arend; her grandchildren, Erin, Kristin, Stephen, Brian, Ashley and Adrienne; her great grandchildren, Ryan, Brooks, Aidan, Connor, Kyleigh, Lily, Ben, Mia, Luke, Charlotte and Oliviana; and her brother Henry Schaaf (Gay Schaaf).
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. A prayer will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Malec and Sons Funeral Home (6000 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646).
