Diaz, Sandra Diaz (Roberto Cervantes, Jr.), Mario Diaz (Linda), Rene Diaz (Rebecca) and Gisela Cervantes (Jaime); and his grandchildren, Christian, Julian, Roberto Cervantes, III, Isabel, Viviana, Victoria, Micaela Diaz, Tobias, Elias Diaz, Alonzo and Alexandra Cervantes.

Services at CENTRAL CHAPEL, 6158 S. Central Ave., Chicago, IL, where family and friends will gather on Wednesday, July 8, 2020, from 2 to 7 p. m. PLEASE NOTE THAT COVID19 RESTRICTIONS, FOR MAXIMUM GATHERING OF 50 PERSONS AT A TIME, WILL BE OBSERVED WITH MASKS REQUIRED.
