“Bill and I just learned of Sandy's death today. She was our neighbor across the hall ( East View Park Condo Association) for many years. We spent many an hour with her, including New Year's Eve dinners at our home. She knew our grandchildren by name and always greeted them. She was such an interesting, valiant, positive person who radiated much warmth. We miss her. Bill and Madeline Hamblin”
