She is survived by: her husband Dr. Prakash Kansal; her daughter Preeti Kansal-Manadan (Augustine Manadan); her grandchildren, Jay, Leena and Neil Manadan; and her siblings, Dr. Saroj Kapur and Chander Mohindra.
