She was predeceased by: her husband Robert O'Keefe; her siblings, Mary Jo Bowman, Henry and Lou Struett; and her parents, Dr. Thomas Keaveny and Lenore Keaveny.
She is survived by: her daughters, Bridget (James Sepich) and Kate (Michael Flores); her grandchildren, Bridget Flores (Bryant Purse), Jack Flores (Sofia Girod), Bobby Flores, Jake Sepich, Elida Sepich and Liv Sepich; and her great grandchildren, Sara, Michael Enrique Flores and Viola. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of the Woods Church (6955 N Hiawatha Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
