With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Scott Lancz of Chicago, Illinois, born in Beachwood, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 2, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Karin; his son Blake Grayson Lancz; his parents, Lois Lancz and Robert Lancz; his sisters, Lisa Soriano (Michael) and Cheryl Lancz; his parents-in-law, Susan and Daryl Schlei; his sister-in-law Rebecca Bramer; and his siblings' children, Gillian, Samantha and Gavin Bramer.
