He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee R. Sachs and Dr. Virginia B. Sachs. He is survived by: his stepmother Caron W. Sachs; his siblings, Daniel (Lynn), Michael (Anne), Christopher (Michelle), Timothy (Karen) and Heather; his nephew Liam; and his nieces, Katrina and Natasha.

In lieu of flowers, Scott's request is to simply do an act of kindness.
