It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Shirley Slavick of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on December 26, 2023, at the age of 104, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her grandchildren, Scott Slavick (Joanna Ruder), Marni Slavick (Eric Israel), Sarah Slavick (Ben Malakoff) and Bradley Slavick (Megan Justus); her great grandchildren, Spencer, Benjamin, Jake, Norah, Arthur and Maya; her siblings, Seymour Shiner and Gilda (Shiner); her husband Sam; Ethel (Slavick).
