He was predeceased by: his daughter Giovanna Frangella-Koning (Martin); his parents, Carimino and Giovanna; and his siblings, Mafalda, Ersilia, Maria, Lina and Antonietta.
He is survived by: his children, Antonella Frangella-Quinn (Martin) and Debora Frangella-Rallo (Giancarlo); his grandchildren, Brianna Burns (Thomas), Marten Koning, Alex Koning, Brendan Quinn (Ally), Nicholas Quinn, Kyle Quinn, Carlo Rallo and Joey Rallo; and his siblings, Settimio and Yolanda.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Andrew J. McGann and Son Funeral Home (10727 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60655). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Most Holy Redeemer Catholic Church (9525 Lawndale Ave, Evergreen Park, IL 60805).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Silvestro's name to the American Cancer Society.
