She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Beatrice Vargas and Fernando Marquez; her siblings, Adrian, Fernando, John, Julie, Rosa and Gaby; her children, Sonia, Anna, Joey, Julio, Fernando, Ricky, Desmond, Jennifer, Monica and Vanessa; and her significant other Jerome Harris. She was also cherished by children came 16 beautiful grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Central Chapel (6158 S Central Ave, Chicago, IL 60638-4508). A funeral service was held on Thursday, August 14th 2025 at 6:00 PM and on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
