“Spencer was our next door neighbor. He was always a sweet fun guy to talk to and always had a pocket full of treats for the neighborhood dogs. Everyone on the block knew and loved him. I will really miss chatting with him and old Stormy over the fence. It's not the same here without them. Rest in Peace friend <3”
