He is survived by: his children, Marek Komperda (Malgorzata), Krystyna Klimowska (Andrzej Mrozek), Anna Dziedzic (Zbigniew), Teresa Komperda (Bob Lee) and Wojciech Komperda (Monika); his grandchildren, Marcin, Kamil, Anna, Patricia, Angelica, Damien and Savannah; and his sister Maria.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Wolniak Funeral Home (5700 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60629). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the Funeral Wolniak Funeral Home (5700 S Pulaski Rd, Chicago, IL 60629). A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Bruno Church (4751 S Harding Ave, Chicago, IL 60632). A burial will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at the Resurrection Cemetery (7201 S Archer Rd, Bedford Park, IL 60458).
