Steven D. Beligratis Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2025, at the age of 94, Steven D. Beligratis (Chicago, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Demosthenes Beligratis and Stavroula Beligratis; and his sibling-in-law Lambros Kutrubis. He is survived by: his wife Matina; his children, James (Kathryn), Estelle Nicholson (Nicholas) and Joanne Allans (late Nicholas); his grandchildren, Kristina, Steven Beligratis, Andrea, Matthew Nicholson, Nicole and Emily Allans; and his siblings-in-law, Becki Kamberos (late George) and Spero Kutrubis (Donna).
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church (133 S Roselle Rd, Palatine, IL 60067). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Evergreen Cemetery (610 S Dundee Ave, Barrington, IL 60010).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Steve's name to St. Nectarios Greek Orthodox Church, 133 S. Roselle Road, Palatine, IL 60067.
