We are sad to announce that on February 14, 2024, at the age of 82, Thea Ann Johns (Chicago, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including : her parents, Ann Kysiak (Wlas) and Ted Kysiak.

Visitation will be held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 9:30 AM at the St. Tarcissus Church (6020 W Ardmore Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, April 29th 2024 at the St. Adalbert Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Thea's name to Holy Redeemer Church 2411 Montrose AV, Montrose, CA 91020.
