It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Thomas A. Smith (Chicago, Illinois), who passed away on April 8, 2024, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Thomas A. Smith to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his father Charles Smith; and his brother-in-law Matt. He is survived by : his siblings, Chuck (Sandy), Bob (Laurie), Michael Annie (Robin) and Kathy; and his pets, Pretty and Gabba. He is also survived by his friends and his endless love for his dogs.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Original Rago Brothers Funeral Homes (7751 W Irving Park Rd, Chicago, IL 60634). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 18th 2024 at 12:30 PM at the Maine Cemetery (2101 W Touhy Ave, Park Ridge, IL 60068).
