He was predeceased by: his parents, Martin Spiewak and Julia Spiewak. He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Ann; his children, Nancy Spiewak Jordan, Kimberly Spiewak Patino and Fond; his brother Robert John Spiewak (Bob); his son-in-law Justin Michael Jordan; his siblings-in-law, Michelle Ernestine Jones, Selvin Conrad Wells, Carol Lynn Abney-Moody and Deborah Lynn Spiewak; his nieces, Gina Lynn Spiewak and Michelle Lynn Spiewak; his nephew Gerald Vance Woodall, Jr.; his grandchildren, Sofia Lily Patino and Adam Emerson Patino; his great-nephews, Gerald Vance Woodall, III and Simon Axel Wells; and his great-niece Lena Astrid Wells.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given to Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church.
