He was predeceased by: his siblings, Pat Gorst (late Francis), Bob O'Neill (Joyce) and Mary Byrne (late Bob); his parents, Jerry O'Neill and Helen O'Neill; and his father-in-law Jack Adelman.
He is survived by: his cousin Joanne Topham; his close friend Rita; his daughter-in-law Ashley; his grandchild Wrigley Field; his wife Rita O'Neill; his sons, Josh O'Neill and Noah O'Neill (Ashley); his grandchildren, Ryan, Max and Tess; his sister Liz LaBella (Joe); and his siblings-in-law, Leah Ruttenberg (Harvey) and Larry Adelman (Carol). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 12:15 PM at the Shalom Chapel Service Shalom Memorial Funeral Home (1700 W Rand Rd, Arlington Heights, IL 60004).
