He is survived by : his sons, Richard and David; his daughter-in-law Janie; his grandchildren, Kathryn Arens (Cris), Jennifer Fetzer (Mike), Brent Ibata (Annette), Christopher Ibata (Jenny Lynn), Betsie Ibata, Andrew Ibata and Karen Larson (Josiah); and his great grandchildren, Max, Elizabeth Arens, Tanya, Sasha Fetzer, Audrey, Brennan, Cassie Ibata, Ava, Thomas J., Elyse, Lilith Ibata, Sadie and Leia Larson.

The family asks donations in Tom's memory made to Chicago Nisei Post 1183, P.O. Box 577100, Chicago IL 60657-7100.
