He was predeceased by: his parents, Norma Jacobs (Hawk) and James Jacobs. He is survived by: his siblings, Mike Jacobs (Jackie) and Chris Jacobs; his children, Timothy Jacobs (Meghan), Ryan Jacobs, Megan Jacobs and Katelyn Jacobs; and his siblings' children, Matthew Jacobs and Thomas Jacobs.
Funeral services were held privately due to Covid-19 restrictions.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the nonprofit, POHA (http://www.pohdisease.org). Tim's daughter was diagnosed with this rare disease when she was young and he had an important role in creating and building this foundation.
