It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Tracy K. Koogler of Chicago, Illinois, born in Richmond, Virginia, who passed away on December 28, 2022, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father William Mangus Koogler, II; her grandparents, Melvin E., Nina Bell Brubeck Rosen, William Vincent and Mildred Earhart Koogler; her uncle Douglas Wayne Koogler; and her aunt Margaret Whittle Rosen.
She is survived by: her mother Linda Rosen Koogler; her brother William Todd (Royanne); her nieces, Lindsay Ryan, Madison Bailey, Josephine Emilia Rose Dell and Frances Victoria Brooks Dell; her uncles, Melvin E. Rosen, Jr. (Peggie) and Fred P. Rosen; her aunt Betty Lou Harlow Koogler; and her close friend Mark Schimmelpfennig.
