She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William; her children, Cynthia Munoz (Eugenio), Judith Butera (Joseph) and William, Jr. Puralewski (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Daniel Munoz (Tanya), Andrew Munoz (Karla), Alexa Munoz, Alfonso Butera (Melissa), Anthony Butera, Stephanie Burgos (Jose), Evelyn Puralewski and Samantha Puralewski; and her great grandchildren, Dominic, Gianna, Julian and Sophia.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Colonial-Wojciechowski Funeral Homes of Chicago (6250 N Milwaukee Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). A prayer was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 9:30 AM at the St. Elizabeth of the Trinity Church (6020 W Ardmore Ave, Chicago, IL 60646). An entombment was held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at the St. Adalbert Cemetery (6800 N Milwaukee Ave, Niles, IL 60714).
