She was predeceased by: her parents, Hugo A. Mejia Sr. and Blanca I. Mejia; and her siblings, Mario R. Mejia, Suany A. Mejia, Helga M. Hernandez, Hugo A. Mejia Jr. and Karen J. Mejia.
She is survived by: her siblings-in-law, James Foley and Janette Mejia; her sibling's children, Ricardo B. Morales Jr., Delia K. Morales, Daniel H. Hernandez, Adamari I. Hernandez, Kayla E. Garcia and Jacobo A. Mejia; and her uncle Omar Mejia.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the Pomierski Funeral Home (1059 W 32nd St, Chicago, IL 60608). A Mass will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Mary of Perpetual Help Catholic Church (1039 W 32nd St, Chicago, IL 60608). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 24th 2025 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM at the Fairmont Willow Hills Memorial Park (9100 Archer Ave, Willow Springs, IL 60480).
