He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Peterson and Hilda Peterson (Johnson); and his wife Phyllis Anderson (Dolly). He is survived by: his children, Karen Ottaviano (Gary), Bill Peterson and Diane Capilupo (John); his grandchildren, Lindsey Morris (Dan), Ashley Ottaviano, Haley Banks (John), Hilary Ottaviano, Tim Peterson, Steve Peterson, Joe Capilupo and Jenny Capilupo; and his great grandchildren, Tiffany Capilupo and Johnny Banks IV. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, as well as extended family and friends.
