It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Yuriy Leybyuk of Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on September 18, 2025, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Galyna; his children, Ivana Svyntytska (Vladyslav), Yuriy (Olha Aheieva) and Andriy (Ulyana Malanchuk); and his grandchildren, Denis and Katya.
Visitation was held on Sunday, September 21st 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Muzyka & Son Funeral Home (5776 W Lawrence Ave, Chicago, IL 60630).
