She was predeceased by : her spouse Dr. Ihor Cymbalisty; her children, Paul and Yuri; and her parents, Jurij Maczuk and Glikeria.
She is survived by : her granddaughter Catherine Cymbalisty; her nieces and nephews, Andry Nowosiwsky (Tammy) and Marko Nowosiwsky; and her sister Irene Orysia Nowosiwsky.
