Michael; his children, David Carlson (Deb) of Council Bluffs, IA and Cathy Schultz of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Amy Jackson (Melissa) of Chillicothe, CJ and Kylene Carlson of Tulsa, OK; his great grandchildren, Presley, Hensley Jackson and Melody Carlson; his brother Ingemar Carlson of Plainfield, IL; and his niece Ginny Smith (Ken) of Glendale Heights, IL..
