He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred LeRoy and Phyllis Grace Kilbey (Holocker). He is survived by: his wife L. Dianne Farmer; his children, Pamela Foreaker (Tim) of Chillicothe, Rochelle Stangle (Jason) of Georgetown, KY, Natalie Batey (Charles) of Wyoming, IL and Daryl E. Kilbey (Cynthia) of Chillicothe; and his sisters, Sheryl Kilbey of Chillicothe and Dawnelle Kilbey (Ron Bowers) of Chillicothe. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
