He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold P. Brautigam and Daisy M. Brautigam (Neal); and his brother Larry. He is survived by: his siblings, Raymond Brautigam (Cheri), Reathia Rash of Chillicothe and Lisa Kelly (Shawn) of Chillicothe.

Memorials may be made to Heritage Health in Chillicothe.
