He was predeceased by: his parents, William G. Rupp, and Bobette Z. Rupp, Jr. (Williams); and his sister Billie Jean Rupp. He is survived by: his siblings, Josie Shideler, Waylon Rupp, Jobe Rupp and Brandi Adams.
