With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Douglas N. Blair of Chillicothe, Illinois, born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on January 29, 2022 at the age of 68. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Blair and Almeda Blair (Ramey). He is survived by: his spouse Shelly Jackson; his sons, Matt Blair (Jessica) of Chillicothe and Adam Blair (Mary) of Foristell, MO; his grandchildren, Matt Jr., Mason, Maddox, Griffin, Garrett, Riley, Hannah and Jacob; and his sisters, Brenda Skaggs (Kevin) of Farmington and Barb Coon of Pekin.

In lieu of flowers, memorials in his name may be made to the Peoria Casting Club Kiddie Fishing Derby, P.O. Box 426, Chillicothe, IL 61523.
