He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie Moore and Belva Moore (Sarver); and his siblings, Arlene Sledgister and Hallie Gene Moore. He is survived by: his wife Harriett L. Adams; and his children, Mickey Sue Traver (Timothy) of Crest Hill, IL, Mary Christine Spiezio (Paul) of Washington, IL, Michelle Easler (Terry) of Joliet, IL and John Matthew Moore of Chicago, IL. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Social distancing will be in effect and face coverings required.
In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to the church.
