Balfanz of Chillicothe; his daughter Jamie Balfanz of Chillicothe; his stepchildren, Sheila Thierfelder (Dean) of Waukesha, WI and Richard Madl (Michelle) of Sparland; his stepgrandchildren, Melanie, Morgan, Isabelle, LilliAnne and Savanna; his siblings, Dennis Balfanz (Donna) of Millington, Denise Pertell and Bonny Balfanz; and his nephews, Trevor Pertell and Clayton Pertell (Lori).
