She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold D. Taylor and Georgia M. Taylor (Fitch); her siblings, Jane Wieder (Clay), Robert Taylor (Ginny) and David Taylor (Lois); and her daughter-in-law Wanda Duckworth.
She is survived by: her husband Elbert J. Duckworth; her children, Richard Duckworth of Chillicothe, James Duckworth (Cheryl) of Chillicothe and Cheryl Duckworth of Chillicothe; her grandson Michael Duckworth (Dawn) of Indianapolis, IN; her great grandchildren, Kayla, Austin and Jaylyn Duckworth; and her sister Cathie Smith (Bob) of Washington, IL. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
