He is survived by: his children, Nancy Pence (Rex) of Kansas City, KS, John Watkins (Catherine) of Chillicothe, Bernard Watkins (Kathleen) of Germantown Hills, Phillip Watkins (Denise) of Chillicothe and Kathleen Jordan (Charles) of Rome.
