She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ernest W. Cook and Jessie M. Cook (Anderson); her husband Raymond Starnes; her son Kerry Barnes (Joanie) of Henry; her stepdaughters, Angelia Gramm (Ron) of Washington and Karen Woods (Tim) of Decatur; her grandchildren, Kelsi Toliver, Levi Barnes and Ryan Olszanowski; her great grandchildren, Avery Toliver, Kenadie and Kyler; her brother Jim Cook of Idaho; her daughter Robbi Barnes; and her sister Barbara Skaggs.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital or to the American Cancer Society.
