With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Larry Robert Stecken (Chillicothe, Illinois), born in Peoria, Illinois, who passed away on April 15, 2019 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Deborah Pillischafske; his mother Eileen Stecken of Chillicothe; his children, Scott Stecken (Honey) of South Fork, CO, Stacey Doerr (Jeff) of East Peoria, Susan Hirt (Rob) of Colorado Springs, CO, Daniel Stecken (Karie) of Seneca, IL and Stephanie Pyse (Shaun) of Chillicothe; his grandchildren, Lyric, Maren, Camryn, Costner, London, Cecelia, Raquel and Rozlynn; his siblings, Linda Dozard (Larry) of East Peoria, Joy Plemmons (Jim) of East Peoria and Bob Stecken of Groveland; his father Robert L. Stecken; and his son Robert E. Stecken.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Propionic Academia Foundation.
