She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles "Elmer" and Ada "Lucille" Lucas (Laderer); her husband Ernest N. Nowlin; and her siblings, Charles Lucas, Fontilla Dillon and Shirley Sloan.

She is survived by: her children, Randall Nowlin of Chillicothe, IL, Cindy Salata (Phillip) of Fort Myers, FL, Tina March (Rick) of Chillicothe, IL, Candi Westgard (Drew) of Derry, NH and Carol Harney (Todd) of Windermere, FL; her grandchildren, Ashley, Lindsay March, Zach Nowlin, Caitlyn, Logan Harney, Erica and Eva Westgard; and her brother James Lucas of Chillicothe, IL..
