It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Maxine McVeitty (Chillicothe, Illinois), born in Havana, Illinois, who passed away on July 19, 2018, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her spouse Donald McVeitty; and her brother Russell Allen DeWitt. She is survived by: her children, Carol Griffith (Terry) of Havana, Tim McVeitty (Debra) of Chillicothe and Mike McVeitty (Tracy) of Peoria. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
